The Addy Grace Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) a disease in which 1 in 40 Americans are genetic carriers.  Our mission is to help families, build relationships, and be a source of encouragement to families affected by SMA. Now, we are embarking on a project to benefit all families in the Roanoke Valley, a true community playground where all children can create experience the joy only a playground can provide.
