Since 1960, we have worked with community partners to identify community problems, to link the community to solutions, and to develop programs that will provide the solution. Today, we continue to provide leadership and expertise through multiple community programs focusing in the following issue areas: Community Engagement, HIV Prevention & Care, Homelessness, and Information & Referral.
We invite you to browse our 2017-18 Annual Report to get a glimpse of the important work we do and in case you haven't noticed yet, we're no longer "a behind the scenes planning agency". We're a collaborative organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community by addressing important social issues like: homelessness, the opioid epidemic, infectious diseases, hunger, poverty, and violence to name a few.
We help create strong, efficient services to better improve our communities. We do this by providing capacity building, program monitoring, volunteer engagement, and planning and consultation to our community.
